All Vicen wanted in life was to maintain his scholarship, graduate, get a decent job with a stable income, and start his own family. However, all those dreams were shattered on the day he met an eccentric, so-called, Grief Reaper, who saved him from Lost Souls, wretched creatures that seemed to take an interest in Vicen and simultaneously tried to harm him.
He is an assassin, when he got a mission to kill someone, who would have guessed that the target was a Vampire. What would happen if the murderer suddenly became a slave and the person who bought it was his own target?

Until today, horror stories about ghosts and the Grim Reaper only made Mina smile. Those things don't exist, so why be scared of them? But now she finds herself in the middle of it all, ghosts waylay her in the streets and a Grim Reaper is trying to recruit her. She could help them, but is she really willing to open up to their world?
