Momo is a young girl who grew up in a big city. However, following the premature loss of her father, she has to move with her mother to the old family house on a remote island. Here, time seems to have stopped: old wooden buildings, holy shrines surrounded by trees, fields painstakingly carved out from steep hills... and no shopping mall. Needless to say, Momo is not too overenthusiastic about this new environment. Most of all, her heart is still feeling uneasy about an unfinished letter left by her father. The story is set in year 2030 where an incident occur in a giant research facility called LABO which has a nuclear reactor. The incident, which is the meltdown of the reactor locks everything in the facility causing 9 people, 3 rescuers and 6 ordinary people, to be locked inside it. They just have to wait to be rescued since help will come in 9 hours when the system will be recovered. The problem is... they only got "magic potions" against radiation for 6 people. (Soruce: MU)

I've always enjoyed my peaceful routine life. Everything was going exactly the way it should be when out of nowhere an ex-girlfriend I haven't seen in ten years calls me out of nowhere and then dumps her kid off on me because she has to work abroad!
